OPERATIONS POLICY

At Synergy Nutrition & Wellness Center, we strive to provide excellent service and the highest quality product every time you place your order –

These policies apply to orders placed on synergynwc.com.com or over the phone as ordered by you.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:

  • Orders at least $50.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $6.95 for Standard Shipping. Synergy Nutrition & Wellness Center does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
  • No Services provided will be done internationally unless referred by the doctor in your home country.

 

Standard Shipping:

  • $6.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $50.00.  Most orders will take 2-8 business days to arrive from the date ordered.  
  • Orders placed after 12;00 p.m. EST will be considered placed the next business day. 
  • At Synergy Nutrition, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. The shipper of choice is currently the United States Postal System, but can include Fed Ex, United Parcel Service
  • From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped.
  • Out of stock items ship at no charge regardless of amount if prepaid. 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

Synergy Nutrition & Wellness Center accepts payments by any of the following methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, and Bank Debit Cards
  • Silver, Gold, Platinum if prearranged, email for details.
  • If you live in Northeast Michigan, we barter. Inquire.
  • We DO NOT accept payment by cash unless done so in person.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.synergynwc.com and not from our retail stores or clinics.

New, unopened items that were purchased through www.synergynwc.com can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.  We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.  Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from delivery. It is food in a bottle and expires. It cannot be opened to be eligible for return.

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 15 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
